I think most of us r sometimes in a dilemma for what can be d best menu for
evening snacks..Mainly those who belong to Kolkata r in a habit of having a
good tea time evening snacks..As we all know the best attraction for all of us
is the “Street Side “ foods..& the popular among them r chop, cutlet,
samosa(singara), rolls, jalebi, jhal muri etc..But how is the idea if we can make
those mouth watering snacks in our own kitchen..
So my first recipe is the Chicken
Roll –which is one of d most tempting for all” street-side” food lovers..There
r many restaurants in Kolkata that serves it best..From college going youth to
uncle & aunties..just love this type
of “Roll”.
If, like me u r also away from home..&
